Senior Mechanical Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from concept to realisation within the Automotive Business Unit.
You will provide technical guidance and ensure that projects are completed within schedule and budget. You will also work closely in a multidisciplinary team with hardware, PLC, and robot engineers to develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.
Furthermore, you play a key role in mentoring and developing junior engineers, and actively contribute to process improvements to improve efficiency and quality.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and reviewing engineering designs, specifications and drawings;
- Performing risk analyses for new projects;
- Participating in design reviews with customers and providing constructive feedback;
- Coordinating with suppliers and buyers for the procurement of materials and components.
