As a Mechatronics Technician, you play a key role in the assembly of our high-quality automated machines for new markets beyond the traditional automotive industry, such as heavy equipment, rolling stock, and other rapidly growing industries.

You directly contribute to AWL’s technological growth by building machines that strengthen our position in these new sectors. You continuously strive for excellence and work according to the highest quality standards, because that is what we stand for.

With your eye for detail you ensure that all necessary materials are available at the workstation so that the workflow runs smoothly. You also guide technicians within your discipline, contribute to planning and support new colleagues as they settle into their roles.

You work across a wide range of projects, from individual welding cells to highly complex automated production lines. This variety ensures continuous technical challenge.
